Best place for Texas Holdem newbee - Las Vegas Forum
Honestly there is no best place for this game in Vegas where cash is involved because it is you against the other players and none of them care if you are new. Games like BJ and such where you are playing against the house are easier to find help. There are alot of places to play but I just had this same conversation with a friend who also frequents vegas regularly like myself.
Its is intimidating the first few times especially when you first start. We came to the conclusion that playing at the stratosphere for a newbie is the best. Low limit tables and very friendly dealers.
We were both new at it too and started there a few years ago and then branched out to other places. We still go back there though frequently. Many of the other places weve played, redrock, samstown, wynn, downtown have lots of regulars who really know what they are doing and its not as relaxed in my opinion.
Give it a try and have fun. The poker room at Monte Carlo would be a good place to start. It seems to be mainly locals that play here. The only draw back with the sinle blind is it encourages a lot of limping into pots with very modest hands.
Не надела трусики кокетка специально, так как ей хотелось прийти в определенное место, расставить ножки и начали теребить клитор пальцами и мастурбировать до тех пор, пока ее тело не охватит оргазм.
Pulling them down violently, to reveal Jake's genitals, untainted by pubic hair. Confident, charming and selective so as not to give up on his guest. She was a great looking girl with huge tits and a firm, round ass. Despite Jake's struggling, Father Benny managed to tie him down.
Are there any daily Hold'em tournaments on Freemont Street that do not allow re-entrys or buy-ins once the tournament has started? I can't find any at the Golden Nugget or Binion's. It'll show you every tournament for the entire city. It's very helpful if your a poker player.
Go to the strip for decent no limit tournaments. Aria , bellagio , caesers , Venetian or mirage. Golden nugget used to have a daily tournament but it never got that entrants. The nugget does get some juicy cash games at times. But that's how they make more in the small fees to host the games since it isn't a huge money maker. THE best poker room downtown is the golden nugget, most tourneys are now allowing re buys till the first break so one without them may be hard to find.
The best tournaments will be at the GN most they are typically 20 min levels so even with re bus it will run quickly. I last played there Sunday 5k guarantee tournament and we started the final table after 3 hours. Busted 9th so not too great but still had like 5 tables I think. The Nugget is still running regular poker tourneys; occasionally they don't fill, but generally do.

The idea behind this guide is to walk you through the basic rules and strategies to Texas Holdem. So if you want to pick up the game of Texas Holdem quickly, and blend into any table you sit down at, this is the guide for you. Our Holdem guide will be divided into 4 parts. Everything you need to know to play your first game of Texas Holdem.
Your first task is to learn the rules of Texas Holdem. The game appears to be complicated because there are 4 rounds, each with a new card and opportunity to bet. Pre flop is the first stage of a Texas Holdem hand. This is when the cards are dealt, players bet and decide whether or not they want to be involved in the hand.
The first thing that will happen is the blinds will be posted. The blinds are essentially antes that create dead money and encourage players to play, as opposed to sitting around waiting for good hand. There are two blinds that need to be posted; the small blind and the big blind. The small blind is the first player to the left of the dealer button. The player to his left and two seats to the left of the dealer button is the big blind. After the blinds have been posted, the dealer will give each player 2 cards, one at a time, starting with the small blind and moving clockwise around the table.
After the cards have been dealt the first betting round will begin. The betting action starts with the player to the immediate left of the big blind, also known as the player under-the-gun or UTG. This player has the option to call the big blind, raise or fold. Once the UTG player has acted, the action will continue clockwise around the table until each player has acted.
Each player will have the option to call, raise or fold. The blinds will be the last players to act in an un-raised pot. Both players can raise, too, if they choose. The pre flop action will end once all the players but one have folded, or two or more players have completed the betting round and are ready to see the flop.
